Progressive desensitization of allergens can be achieved by using the Courses 1 through 4 as indicated above. Two bottles per month is usual usage. Most minor allergies will be controlled after 1 or 2 courses. Stubborn or violent allergies may need Course 3 or 4. Abstinence from allergens improves treatment efficacy.

Begin with 10 drops, 3 times a day, of "Course 1" for one month. After a month of Course 1, begin "Course 2" for one month (10 drops, 3 times a day). After completing Course 2, proceed to "Course 3" for one month (10 drops, 3 times a day). After finishing with Course 3, continue on with "Course 4" for one month (10 drops, 3 times a day).
